The hotel is huge and clean with an awesome restaurant, I had a great stay. My room included central heating, a personal safe and pay TV. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, for example, The Beatles Love was within easy walking distance of the property.

The location is unique, in all areas of customer service. And it's near the Off White store, several excellent shopping centres and the shopping mall.

Nice clean rooms...
Very loud in the room! Big hustle and bustle in the whole hotel! Price is way too high for the services.

The room was very comfortable - curtains could be opened electronically. The bathroom was huge, we made a $25 upgrade to the 53rd floor - therefore fantastic view. In the restaurant Tableau very good (expensive) breakfast (also outside next to elegant swimming pool) and lunch possible. Hotel much quieter in the lobby than the other hotels ( Bellagio, Caesar's Palace)

great stay but needs improvement
The intimate kit for money was a nice touch.
Although the experience was enjoyable, I found some areas could use more attention.

The Wynn is a glamorous, wacky luxury temple, everything completely amazing, unfortunately the prices are high. It's too huge to expect any personal service. Everything costs extra, from wi-fi to drinking water, which is always free in luxury hotels.
It's all way too expensive. And you have to pay extra for everything. Wifi, drinking water, garage....

Everything there were first-class, including very nice modern facilities. Very knowledgeable staff throughout. Particularly good location for visiting wine bars and cafes. Very quick check-in, generally first-class service. Not to mention good wifi! What a wonderful stay, no complaints.
Very rude staff!

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing an enjoyable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety. I faced soundproofing issues as noises from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep, and the response to my noise complaint was slower than expected.
